Professional Services Manager and Optometrist jobs in West Midlands. Zest Optical are currently recruiting for an experienced optical professional for a Professional Service Manager role ensuring that the clinical skills of all designated staff comply with all relevant legislation and professional requirements and are continuously developed and updated to deliver the commercial and clinical objectives of the Company.
The ideal candidate must possess a passion and drive for working within a dynamic team, in order to help grow the business. You will be an Optometrist or Contact Lens Optician with current GOC registration and be able to support the company’s commercial and professional services activities
- Clinical Development of group / company wide training programs
- Devise and deliver all necessary training to ensure that all personnel are compliant with and conform to the Professional Body, Legislative and regulatory requirements necessary for the Company’s Optical business, and to advise the Company on its staff’s clinical competency
- Recommend and agree clinical training priorities that support the Commercial and Clinical objectives of the Company, as required.
- Deliver business results through the support and development.
You will have recent tenure as an Optometrist or Contact Lens Optician & current GOC registration with applied knowledge for the development & provision oftraining programmes to large / small audiences and have a passion for working with the latest technologies
