Zest Optical is working alongside an exceptional independent optical group to recruit a qualified Dispensing Optician for a unique opportunity in the Cayman Islands.

Having successfully established two high-end optical practices on the island, the business is continuing to grow and is now looking for an experienced Dispensing Optician who can combine exceptional clinical and dispensing standards with a broader role supporting the day-to-day running of both practices.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Director, you'll play an important role across two successful practices, combining hands-on dispensing with leadership and operational responsibilities.

The role will include:

• Delivering a premium dispensing and eyewear experience
• Working with high-quality lenses and an exciting collection of independent and luxury eyewear
• Supporting the day-to-day running and performance of both practices
• Helping to maintain consistently high standards of customer care and service
• Supporting, developing and motivating the wider team
• Building long-term relationships within a close-knit, community-driven environment
• Working closely with the Director on the continued development of the business

About You

We're looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician who has strong dispensing experience and is ready to take the next step in their career.

You'll ideally:

• Be a qualified Dispensing Optician
• Have strong technical dispensing and eyewear knowledge
• Be confident working within a premium, customer-focused environment
• Have experience supporting or leading a team, or the ambition to move into a more senior role
• Be commercially aware and comfortable taking responsibility
• Have the personality and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Be genuinely excited by the prospect of relocating and building a life in the Cayman Islands
