A well respected independent Opticians based in Enfield are looking for a full time Optical Practice Manager.

The focus of the company is to put the patient first and they strive to provide the best service, range of frames and lenses possible.

Optical Practice Manager – The Role

  • High end independent Opticians
  • Single testing room practice – Tests 3 days a week
  • Dispensing to all levels
  • Day to day running of the practice
  • Dealing with complex patient queries
  • Access to an excellent selection of stylish frames – Gucci, Silhouette, Tom Ford
  • Input into the business
  • Working closely with the Directors to drive the business forward
  • Full time – 5 days a week including Saturdays
  • Typical working hours between 9am to 5.30pm
  • Salary between £28,000 to £32,000 DOE

Optical Practice Manager – Requirements

  • Experience of managing an Opticians
  • Happy working in a small team with some lone working
  • Passionate about optics
  • Self-motivated
  • Focus on customer service
  • Organised
