Optical Training Manager - West Midlands
Training Manager and Dispensing Optician Training roles in West Midlands. Zest Optical are currently recruiting for an experienced optical Dispensing or Contact Lens Professional for a Training Manager role. You will support the Director in ensuring that the technical skills of all designated staff comply with all relevant legislation and professional requirements and are continuously developed and updated to deliver the commercial objectives of the Company. To work and support Regional Trainers in achieving this objective.
The ideal candidate must possess a passion and drive for working within a dynamic team, in order to help grow the business. You will be an Dispensing Optician or Contact Lens Optician with current GOC registration and be able to support the company’s commercial and professional services activities
- Development and identifying training requirements of all staff. Ensuring effective training courses are devised that meet the training needs of all staff.
- Devise and deliver all necessary training to ensure that all personnel are compliant with and conform to the Professional Body, Legislative and regulatory requirements necessary for the Company’s Optical and hearing business.
- Recommend and agree clinical training priorities that support the Commercial and Clinical objectives of the Company, as required.
- Deliver business results through the support and development.
You will have recent tenure as a Dispensing Optician or Contact Lens Optician & current GOC registration with applied knowledge for the development & provision oftraining programmes to large / small audiences and have a passion for working with the latest technologies
