A completely refurbished independent Opticians based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire are looking for a full time Practice Manager to help grow the business.

Optical Practice Manager  - Role

  • Single testing room practice
  • Completely refurbished practice
  • Independent Opticians
  • Tests 6 days a week
  • Leading the team of 7 people
  • Training
  • Monitoring performance
  • Figure analysis
  • Dealing with complex patient queries
  • Ensuring every customer is left feeling satisfied
  • Access to brands such as Ted Baker, William Morris and Prada
  • Full Time including a Saturday
  • Opening hours from 9am to 5.30pm
  • Salary between £25,000 to £30,000 plus bonus

Optical Practice Manager - Requirements

  • Previous experience of managing an Opticians
  • Independent experience would be an advantage
  • Good with data and figures
  • Ability to input new ideas
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Passion for Optometry and working in a close knit team
