Optometry, Optical jobs and Optical Management vacancies for a Full Time Optical Practice Manager in Newport, Shropshire. Zest Optical are recruiting on behalf of a brand new state of the art practice with exciting opportunities based in Newport, Shropshire.

We are currently looking for an Optical Practice Manager to join a brand new state of the art practice that will be opening in Newport, Shropshire. 

The role will be based in a completely advanced and service orientated environment and your aim would be to lead a successful start-up of the practice and then continue growing and developing the business and team from there, all whilst being able to continuously develop your own career at the same time.

Optical Practice Manager - Role

  • Brand new state of the art 3 testing room practice
  • Lead, direct and motivate the team
  • Help manage the day-to-day running of the practice
  • Setting and tracking of targets & KPI’s
  • Dispense lenses to all levels
  • Introduce and implement new ideas to help drive the business forward
  • Train existing and new member of staff on technical and customer service issues.
  • Handle any customer complaints

Optical Practice Manager - Requirements

  • Experience of leading teams within the optical industry
  • Excellent communication skills

Optical Practice Manager - Salary

  • Base salary of £30,000+
