The Role

As an Optical Assistant, you will:

  • Provide friendly, professional support to every customer
  • Assist with dispensing lenses and frames
  • Support the team to deliver a first-class customer experience
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the store on busy weekends

The Person

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in optics (essential)
  • Confident working in a busy retail environment
  • Approachable, organised and customer-focused
  • Flexible to work weekends on a regular basis
