Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week, including Saturdays

Zest Optical are excited to partner with an independent opticians group in Sheffield to recruit a Multi-Site Manager. You will lead and support three practices, ensuring smooth operations, driving growth, and maintaining exceptional patient care.

Role Highlights

  • Lead a team across three independent practices in Sheffield
  • Help grow the business alongside the Director
  • Manage rotas, KPIs, training, and staff development
  • Oversee stock selection and ensure high levels of customer care
  • Salary between £35,000 - £40,000

About You

  • Previous experience in optics management
  • Ideally, a qualified Dispensing Optician
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Passionate about eyewear and improving practice performance
