A successful independent Opticians based in Leeds (1 mile from City Centre) are looking for a full time Dispensing Optician/Optical Assistant to join the team, working Monday to Friday.

Dispensing Optician/Optical Assistant - Role

  • Small but successful independent practice
  • Single testing room
  • Access a wide range of products and lenses including Essilor and Zeiss
  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Dispensing to all levels
  • Providing complex advise to patients
  • Make sure each patient has an amazing experience
  • Set exemplary standards across all areas on the shop floor

Dispensing Optician/Optical Assistant - Requirements

  • Either a Qualified Dispensing Optician or experienced Optical Assistant
  • Exceptional Customer service skills
  • Ambitious
  • Interest in fashion and styling
  • Willing to learn
  • Must be IT literate

Dispensing Optician/Optical Assistant - Salary

  • Base salary for an Optical Assistant, £18,000 to £21,000 and between £22,000 to £27,000 for a Dispensing Optician.
  • Professional fees paid
  • Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm
