As a Dispensing Optician Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly, delivering top-tier service, and leading a team within this renowned practice.
Role Highlights:
- Lead a team of 4–5 people in a practice with a strong reputation for personalized care
- Work with Zeiss lenses and premium eyewear brands such as Lindberg, Tiffany, and Maui Jim
- 45-minute appointments to ensure high-quality patient care
- Focus on continuous staff development and training
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth practice performance
- Competitive salary up to £42,000, plus team incentives
- 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays

Key Requirements:
- Fully qualified Dispensing Optician (GOC registered)
- Management or supervisory experience preferred
- Passionate about fashion and eyewear trends

- Ability to confidently make bold recommendations and manage complex patient queries
