Training & Support Consultant - Practice Management Software - East of Glasgow
Training & Support Consultant job East of Glasgow. Zest Optical are currently looking to recruit a Training & Support Consultant for a leading provider of Optical Practice Management Software. The purpose of this role is to support customers with the onboarding process once the software has been installed. This position will be office based, East of Glasgow.
The Training & Support Consultant will provide excellent support for customers in the onboarding process, helping them stay on track at their end, and keeping track that internal processes are running smoothly.
Training & Support Consultant – Role
- Effective working with cross department colleagues
- Managing onboarding projects to deadlines and go-live dates
- Managing customer expectations and scheduling key meetings
- Make sure customers book/ go through relevant training sessions
- Collate configuration and setup requirements
- Match customer needs to features and functionality
- Actively listen and identify sentiment or unspoken needs
- Pro-actively manage your workload to deliver the best customer experience
- Meet objectives across your individual and team SLAs
- Adapt approach for varying levels of stakeholders
- Review customer usage and identifying areas for more value creation
Training & Support Consultant – Requirements
- 2+ years working in practice/ retail optics
- Excellent listening, problem solving and investigation skills
- Exceptional communication and literacy skills, great attention to detail
Training & Support Consultant – Salary
- Base salary up to £27,000
