Audiology Regional Sales Manager job in Northern England. Zest Optical are currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for one of the fastest growing, most successful hearing instrument manufacturers in the world. This opportunity will cover the North of England (M62 corridor to Scottish Border), which is fast growing territory, exceeding business targets.

The purpose of this role is to increase sales revenue in a defined territory, building relationships with existing and new independent HCPs to ensure the company becomes the preferred supplier.

Regional Sales Manager – Role

  • Sell full portfolio of hearing aid products and company services in a defined territory to independent HCPs.
  • Achieve sales targets in a defined territory.
  • Maintain a consistent call cycle and achieve weekly call rates as defined by Sales Director. Report on all customer contact using CRM tool.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, regularly reviewing the current business, understanding their needs and offering solutions to meet their requirements to maximise SOW for the company.
  • Expand customer base by acquiring new customers and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain commitment.
  • Provide training support to customers, agreeing and implementing training for all new and existing products as required.
  • Present all relevant marketing and commercial activity to customers and agree plans with the key contacts to ensure campaigns are successful.
  • Keep accurate customer records using CRM tool.
  • Attend regular business meetings with the Commercial team.
  • Attend trade shows/exhibitions/customer events as required by Sales Director.

Regional Sales Manager - Requirements

  • Successful track record in medical devices sales
  • Ability to develop and cultivate strong relationships with customers
  • Target driven
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative to tight deadlines
  • Ability to interpret sales reports/analyse sales data
