Optometrist - Frinton-on-Sea - Independent

A premium group of independent Opticians based in the Essex area are looking to recruit a full time Optometrist to work at their branch based in Frinton-on-Sea

Optometrist - Role

• Providing thorough 30 - 45 minute sight tests to patients of all ages
• Working as the sole resident Optometrist
• Either working part time in one practice or full time between 2-3 branches
• Access to advanced retinal photography including OCT
• Contact lens work
• Involvement in local shared schemes - MECS
• Working closely with the Dispensing Optician and support team to ensure a smooth handover
• Working 2,3, 4 or 5 days a week - Very flexible
• 9:00 – 17:30 working hours
• Salary between £55,000 to £67,000 plus bonus
• Profressional fees paid
• 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays

Optometrist - Requirements

• Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC
• Excellent communications and organisational skills
• Commercially aware
• Clinically focused
• Contact lens experience required
• Friendly and Compassionate
