Optometrist – Role

  • Join a high-performing optical practice in central Bristol
  • Full-time or part-time role – 9am to 6pm working hours
  • Flexibility on weekend work – alternate weekends considered
  • 20–25 minute appointments with catch-up slots built into the day
  • Access to OCT and other advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Supportive clinical team with a focus on patient care and development
  • Clear pathways to develop further skills and gain additional accreditations (e.g. MECS, IP)

Optometrist – Requirements

  • GOC-registered Optometrist (or awaiting registration)
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
  • Comfortable working in a team-focused, patient-first environment
  • Keen to develop clinically with ongoing training and support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Optometrist – Package

  • Salary between £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus scheme based on performance
  • VISA sponsorship available
