Optical Customer Service Assistant – Role
- Based in the Head Office Customer Care team acting as point of contact for a variety of stakeholders
- Operating through a variety of communication channels to ensure a smooth and accurate process for customers
- Working within a fashion forward brand that offer an eclectic mix of amazing frames and Zeiss lenses
- Supported by a highly-skilled team
- Monday to Friday / 9am - 6pm
Optical Customer Service Assistant – Requirements
- Positive track record within the optical industry
- Excellent communication skills: clear verbal and written communication with active listening skills
- Able to work within systems and processes
- Ability to learn and want to develop
Optical Customer Service Assistant – Salary
- Paying up to £27,000
- 30 holidays inc. bank hols
