Zest Optical are currently working alongside a premium independent optical practice in Hampstead, North West London to recruit an Optical Assistant to their growing team.

This is an opportunity to offer a truly tailored service whilst having access to a variety of niche and globally recognised branded products.

In addition to the typical day-to-day, you can gain exposure buying for the practice through rep meetings and global trade show visits.

Optical Assistant – Role

  • High end stylish independent practice
  • Relaxed environment with a focus on quality and patient care
  • Working in a team of 3-4 people
  • Wide range of the finest brands in the industry and the highest quality lenses
  • Continued product and lens training
  • No late finishes, Sundays or Bank Holidays
  • Opening times from 9.30am to 5.30pm
  • 3 to 5 days/week are available

Optical Assistant – Requirements

  • Previous experience working within an opticians
  • Flair for fashion and styling
  • Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients
  • Ability to learn and want to develop

Optical Assistant – Salary

  • Paying up to £25,000 base salary
  • Bonus scheme
