A boutique independent Opticians based in Central Edinburgh are looking for a part time Optical Assistant to work 3-4 days a week.

Optical Assistant - Role

  • Unique High end independent Opticians
  • Small team of 3 people
  • Niche eyewear from all over the world
  • Personalised service with one patient at a time
  • Affluent patient base
  • Assisting with reception and dispensing
  • Frame selection
  • Sole working at times
  • Part time working 3-4 days a week
  • Opening hours from 10am to 5pm (4pm on a Sat)
  • Salary up to £22,000 Pro rata
  • Annual bonus

Optical Assistant - Requirements

  • Experience of working within an Opticians
  • Independent experience would be an advantage
  • Confident
  • Dynamic
  • Caring attitude who enjoys going above and beyond
  • Attention to detail
