The Role

As an Optical Assistant, you will play a key part in the patient journey, including:

• Greeting and engaging customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
• Assisting with frame styling and lens recommendations based on lifestyle, prescription and personal taste
• Supporting dispensing duties including measurements, adjustments and aftercare
• Working closely with clinical and management colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Helping maintain high store standards, stock presentation and accurate patient records
