Remote Audiology Internal Sales Representative job in UK. Zest Optical are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales Representative for one of the industry leading providers of life-changing hearing solutions. This role can be based from home, so the buisness is open to speaking to candidates from across the UK.
You will be responsible for achieving targets in line with business goals from a broad product portfolio. This company is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, ideally with a commercial understanding and proven performance within the sales and or the audiology sector.
Internal Sales Representative – Role
- Manage, maintain and develop the selling of our hearing aids and accessories to the audiology market including independent businesses and retail partners.
- Work closely with your Sales Manager to forecast business levels and ensure delivery against agreed targets.
- Identify new customers and opportunities in the market.
- Provide effective account management and competitive negotiation skills.
- Achieve company defined targets and expectations.
- Provide management with details of competitor activity and market development on a regular basis.
- Provide product training and support, fitting, fine-tuning and growing hearing aid dispenser knowledge of our product range.
- Be the face of the company, building and driving valued relationships that build long-term business and advocacy.
Internal Sales Representative – Requirements
- Sales experience essential in clinical, medical or hearing industry
- Ability to cultivate long-term relationships with clients
- Highly motivated to generate sales and new accounts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Internal Sales Representative – Salary
- Base salary up to £30k
- OTE up to £40k
