We’re working with a well-loved independent practice in Leicester, looking for a Dispensing Optician to join on a 3-day-per-week basis. It’s a great fit for someone who values long-term relationships, quality over quantity, and being part of a close-knit team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Dispensing and styling for a loyal, mixed patient base
  • Helping people choose from an incredible selection of frames and lenses that truly fit their lifestyle
  • Providing expert advice with no sales targets or scripts
  • Taking time to do things properly, with real clinical freedom
  • Supporting a small team and contributing to a calm, welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For

  • GOC-registered Dispensing Optician (newly qualified or experienced)
  • Confident, friendly and passionate about people
  • Strong product knowledge and a love for finding the right eyewear solution
  • A reliable team player who thrives in a slower, more personal setting

The Offer

  • Salary up to £35,000 (pro rata)
