We are currently working alongside a High end independent Opticians based in based in Godalming, Surrey to hire a full time Dispensing Optician Manager.

Dispensing Optician Manager – Role

  • Modern practice with a relaxed, service focussed environment
  • Lovely close knit team – 3-4 people
  • Family run
  • Working with a wide range of designer and bespoke brands
  • Providing a comprehensive dispensing & contact lens service
  • Leading and motivating a small team
  • Making sure the practice runs smoothly day to day
  • Stock selection and management
  • Growing and developing the practice
  • Working full with a Saturday included
  • Opening hours from 9am to 5.30pm
  • Salary between £30,000 - £38,000 DOE
  • Plus Bonus

Dispensing Optician Manager – Requirements

  • Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
  • Previous experience of leading and managing a team
  • Interest in fashion and styling
  • Maintain the high level of customer care expected by patients of the practice
  • Ability to learn and want to develop
