A full time Optical Administrator is required to work for a leading group of independent Opticians based in Birmingham. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an Optical Assistant to transfer their skills into this office based, weekday role.
Optical Assistant– Role
- Based at the company head office
- Assisting within the professional services team
- Developing policy and procedure manuals
- Admin based - Inputting key information
- Dealing with incoming queries from Opticians across the country
- Problem solving
- Dealing with order entry and delivery issues
- Working Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm
- Salary between £20,000 to £25,000
Optical Assistant– Requirements
- Previous experience of working as an Optical Assistant
- Strong Word/Office knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Organised
- Able to build rapport
