A full time Optical Administrator is required to work for a leading group of independent Opticians based in Birmingham. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an Optical Assistant to transfer their skills into this office based, weekday role.

Optical Assistant– Role

  • Based at the company head office
  • Assisting within the professional services team
  • Developing policy and procedure manuals 
  • Admin based - Inputting key information
  • Dealing with incoming queries from Opticians across the country
  • Problem solving
  • Dealing with order entry and delivery issues
  • Working Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm
  • Salary between £20,000 to £25,000

Optical Assistant– Requirements

  • Previous experience of working as an Optical Assistant
  • Strong Word/Office knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Able to build rapport
