Audiology Regional Sales Manager job in Northern England. Zest Optical are currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for one of the fastest growing, most successful hearing instrument manufacturers in the world. This opportunity will cover Northern England including: North Wales, Cheshire, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Cumbria, Durham and Northumberland.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and motivate a team (13-15) of Hearing Aid Dispensers to deliver outstanding service for customers. You will manage growth in sales and KPI performance, whilst also managing, coaching and mentoring all direct reports.

Regional Sales Manager – Role

  • To manage and agree sales targets with dispensers in line with sales and profit objectives and to achieve these within agreed expenditure levels.
  • To devote the necessary time and effort to the recruitment of new dispensers, ensuring dispenser numbers equal that required to achieve the company’s sales objectives, as well as maximising the return on available sales leads.
  • To ensure that dispenser KPIs are in line with budget, giving particular attention to unit numbers, conversion, binaural %, sales ASP and manufacturer/product mix.
  • To communicate company standards, policies and philosophies as appropriate to the dispensing sales team and partners (optical partners, etc).
  • To identify and solve performance management issues.
  • To report sales results by individual dispenser, and to comment as appropriate on achievement against target.

Regional Sales Manager – Requirements

  • Previous experience of managing a group of healthcare professionals such as Opticians or Pharmacists
  • Healthcare (Audiology, Optical, Pharmaceutical) experience required
  • Excellent people skills and selling aptitude
  • Highly motivated, driven and success oriented

Regional Sales Manager – Salary

  • Base salary up to £60k plus bonus scheme co car/car allowance
  • A range of additional benefits
