A message from us all at Zest concerning Covid-19
These are difficult times and like everybody our primary concern is for the safety of our team, our clients, candidates, suppliers, friends, family and our communities and society as a whole. We hope to help alleviate the pressures on our communities and the NHS by following Government and WHO advice in terms of cutting down social contact and adhering to strict social distancing to ensure the safety of each and all of us.
Whilst we have to decrease physical contact, as a society we are more connected than ever and thankfully we are able to keep in touch with our loved ones and know they are safe.
Continuity of our services
We as a team are operating as normally as possible and will be working from the safety of our homes for as long as we need to. We are set up and ready to service our clients and candidates and aim to provide all of our business activities during the current situation as seamlessly as possible, including client interviews via video and telephone where possible and applicable.
To ensure our teams can also make the arrangements to keep themselves and their families safe we will not be working to particular set hours, with our colleagues being given the freedom to manage their days as they see fit, with their safety, physical and mental well-being the priority. Thus, to ensure a more efficient service for you, we encourage you to email your contact at Zest directly, rather than phone to ensure better contact and that your enquiry is dealt with by the appropriate member of the team directly. If you are contacting us for the first time, please use the Contact us form or apply for jobs in the normal way and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Ultimately, if we work together we will beat this and we will return to some normality as soon as we safely can, with the added benefit of better global collaboration and each of us looking out for one another and stronger communities. With this in mind, we are thinking of the future and we are still actively recruiting for our clients, providing advice, arranging interviews, and placing candidates, so that as a society we can hit the ground running and bounce back as strong and connected as possible. We need a strong economy to return to and we will do all we can to help us all achieve that.
All of us here at Zest, wish you, your family and loved ones all the very best during this difficult time, to stay safe and well, and we will continue to assist you and provide the best service we possibly can.
All the very best from us all,
Rebecca, Kieran, Josh, Lawrence, Neil, Francesca, Caitlyn, Jason, Alex, Darren, Steve, Matt, and Darran.
Update for Candidates
We have consulted with our clients and they are all continuing to actively recruit during the current situation. Whilst face to face meetings are not possible, we can provide phone and video meetings and in a large amount of cases tours by video around the practices. Start dates are subject to confirmation, with some of our clients putting guaranteed salaries in place and golden hellos / welcome bonuses. We know that some dentists are having a very difficult time at present and we are here to offer any assistance we can to help you. We have a large number of superb practices actively recruiting throughout the UK, offering excellent opportunities and some peace of mind during the current situation.
With our best wishes,
Darran Walenta, on behalf of us all at Zest.
