A patient focused independent Opticians based in Wigston, Leicestershire are looking for a full or part time Optometrist to join the team.

You will be able to provide patents with a personalised dispensing experience, working with some amazing frame and lens brands.  

Optometrist – Role

  • Modern independent
  • Single testing room practice
  • Team of 3-4 people
  • Loyal patient base
  • Focus on patient care
  • Testing times – 30 mins
  • Fields and Optomap taken by support team
  • Pulsair IntelliPuff
  • Enhanced Services – Dry eye, Myopia control
  • Regular investment into new equipment and new products
  • Accounts with most lens suppliers
  • Working 2, 3, 4 or 5 days a week with no weekends
  • Opening hours from 9am to 5.30pm
  • Salary between £45,000 to £50,000 Plus Bonus

Optometrist- Requirements

  • Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC
  • Friendly and personable
  • Willing to learn and develop
  • Wants be able to provide the very best service possible
  • Focus on clinical excellence
