We are currently looking for an Optical Practice Manager to join a leading opticians based in Swiss Cottage, London. 

The role is based in a high-end, service orientated environment and your aim would be to continue growing and developing the business, all whilst being able to continuously develop your own career at the same time.

Optical Practice Manager - Role

  • Lead, direct and motivate the team
  • Help manage the day-to-day running of the practice
  • Setting and tracking of targets & KPI’s
  • Dispense lenses to all levels
  • Introduce and implement new ideas to help drive the business forward
  • Train existing and new member of staff on technical and customer service issues.
  • Handle any customer complaints

Optical Practice Manager - Requirements

  • Experience of leading teams within the optical industry

Optical Practice Manager - Salary

  • Base salary of £30,000+
