A community based independent Opticians based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire are looking for a full time Optical Assistant to join the team.

Optical Assistant – Role

  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Booking appointments
  • Dispensing and frame selection
  • Measurements
  • Adjustments
  • Salary between £16,000 to £18,000
  • Full time – including a half day on Saturdays

Optical Assistant – Requirements

  • Must have previous Optical experience
  • Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients
  • Maintain the high level of customer care expected by patients of the practice
  • Ability to learn and want to develop
