A family run independent Opticians based in the historic City of Chichester, West Sussex are looking for a full time Optical Assistant to join the team.

Optyical Assistant – Role

  • Family run independent Opticians – Husband and wife team
  • Established for around 5 years
  • Reputation for high quality care and offering patients something different
  • Access to a wide range of frames – Etnia, MOSCOT, Salt, Gotti
  • Accounts with most lens manufacturers
  • Involvement in stock selection
  • Opportunities in driving marketing and social media engagement
  • Direct input into the practice
  • Working 4 or 5 days a week including Alt Saturdays
  • Typical working hours from 8.45am to 5.30pm
  • Salary guide between £18,000 to £22,000 (Depending on experience)

Optical Assistant – Requirements

  • Experienced Optical Assistant
  • Focused on the patient experience
  • Willing to be involved in all areas of the practice
  • Desire to input new ideas to grow the business
  • Able to work in a busy practice with a small team
