Optical Account Manager - Central London
Optical Sales positions in London. Zest Optical are recruiting for a dynamic ophthalmic company who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for a full time vacancy in London. Dedicated to providing innovative lens products to the UK optical market they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to promote these products to optical outlets in Greater London.
The purpose of the role is to manage the company's product portfolio and build the territory through strong relationships in the optical sectors. You will be responsible for achieving targets as per budget and managing the customer base of optical accounts in the London region through sales calls to build strong relationships with key customers.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the position involves managing existing customers as well as exploring and developing new business opportunities. This is an ideal role for a sales professional with proven experience of selling to the optical sector or somebody within retail optics with a passion for sales looking to further their career within a dedicated and dynamic team. You will need to be self motivated, tenacious and focused on bringing business on board. Enthusiasm, confidence and the ability to communicate with authority to senior professionals will be fundamental to success in this role.
A good level of understanding of both optics and associated topics is desirable and be able to demonstrate great influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to develop and nurture strong business relationships.
You will be offered a salary up to 40k with bonuses and a car
