A brand new boutique independent Opticians based in Leeds, West Yorkshire are looking for a full time Opticians Assistant Manager to lead the team.

The company currently have several stores across the UK and have ambitious plans for the future. They are known from their affordable, stylish frames which are all designed in house.

Opticians Assistant Manager - Role

  • New store opens Oct/Nov time
  • Leeds City Centre
  • Stylish Frames
  • Unique styles
  • Designed in house
  • Modern, showroom style practice
  • Exciting time to join
  • Helping to grow the brand in a new area
  • Ensure the seamless running of the store
  • Helping to lead a team of 4-5 people
  • Assisting with dispensing and frame selection
  • Full time – 40 hours a week
  • Typical working hours from 10am to 6pm including one weekend day
  • Up to 22.5K
  • Bonus scheme being introduced

Opticians Assistant Manager - Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in an Opticians
  • Looking to take a step into management
  • Interest in fashion and styling
  • Passion for frames
  • Ability to ensure the best patient experience possible
